Physical Fitness: The Longer Life
Regular exercise is important for healthy lifestyle. It not only controls your weight but also provide a good physical structure. Good physical fitness is only outcome of exercise. It is necessary for longer life. People live longer if they have better physical fitness. The following table shows the death rate for physically unfit, moderate fit and fit persons.
